"I believe that
it should be the right of a homeowner in Glencoe to keep a limited
number of chickens in their backyard. I understand that the Village of
Glencoe would ensure that anyone choosing to keep backyard chickens
would do so in a way that is safe, aesthetic, hygienic, and would pose
no nuisance to neighbors in any way"
